Delicious and Healthy Coconut Pancakes with Essential Oils




What you need:


• 4 eggs (Organic Free range) or Egg Substitute

• 4 tbsp of coconut flour

• doTERRA Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil 1-2 drops depending on your taste

• Unsweetened coconut flakes to sprinkle on

• ¼ cup of coconut milk or almond milk

• 1 tsp organic vanilla extract

• Vary the amount of flour or Milk depending on how you like your pancakes

 

It’s time to cook

1 Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then let it all settle for a few minutes,

2 Heat up your pan and add olive oil or your choice,

3 Add pancakes mixture pan - start small until you get the hang of your bat-ter mix,

4 Cook each side until it bubbles and is easy to flip. Because this isn’t regu-lar flour it can take a little longer to cook,

5 Top your cooked pancakes with your unsweetened coconut, maple syrup, bananas and berries or whatever you choose.
