Hey...

Do you ever have times you just want to shrink back out of the public eye and stop putting yourself out there? Believe it or not... as an introvert, I do. But you know every time this crosses my mind I think about the way I've been helped by my own mentors and in motivates me to keep doing what I'm doing to help others.

It can be scary and leave you feeling super vulnerable when you step into that leadership role, especially when you consider the responsibility that comes with it...

But, even when we feel that vulnerable and raw and open, that is when we can inspire and motivate others to be the best versions of themselves and take action.

So, roll with the vulnerability and diffuse some Cedarwood and frankincense while you're going through it. Cedarwood's aroma helps to ease anger, promote mental clarity and helps you feel safe. Frankincense promotes feelings of peace and overall wellness. Just add a few drops each to your diffuser and keep on going.
