Well Hello There!

Hey! Did you know there is going to be a solar eclipse today at 18:30 UT? If you’re reading this after it’s over, I hope you caught it. The last time a total solar eclipse was visible from coast to coast was in 1918 and the next will be in 2045.

When the sun is blocked from view by the moon, it doesn’t mean the sun isn’t there. We just can’t see it.

So I have to ask, is your dream being eclipsed by anything? Is your view blocked and you just can’t get to it? Well, did you ever stop to think that maybe you’re the moon in your life?

We often block our own paths to success. And you know what? We may not even realize we are doing it. But just as the moon isn’t locked into place, we can also get out of our own way.

The one thing that will keep us in a perpetual sate of eclipse is blaming others. If we don’t have what we want, no one is to blame. It’s our responsibility to take every step possible toward our dreams.

It can be scary, I know. Sometimes we don’t trust ourselves to be able to manage success when it’s staring us in the face. And so the closer we get the more we can try to hold ourselves back.

Don’t do it. Just don’t. Keep taking steps forward with your eye on your dream. Tiny steps or giant leaps, it doesn’t matter. Just keep going.
