Essential Oils For Balancing Chakras

Unless you travel in non-ordinary circles of reality, talk about Chakra's is not your typical garden variety chat. You probably already know this but your body is not just it's physical being. There is a non-physical aspect of your body that is purely energetic. Chakras are centers through which energy flows. Balancing your chakras is essential to your health. Essential oils can help balance your chakras and free up blockages of energy that may eventually lead to despair or illness. I use essential oils for everything under the sun. If you practice yoga regularly or receive acupuncture you may be in touch with your chakras constantly. The more in balance your chakras are the more balanced you feel. chakras The following oils will help balance your 7 Major Chakras: 1. Crown Apply these oils to the top of your head. Frankincense: treats emotional, immune and nervous system. Great for anxiety. Myrrh: balances hormones, immune and nervous system. Great for soothing worry. Lavender: balances emotions and body. Notorious for calming nerves. 2). Third Eye Apply these oils between your eyes. Patchouli: supports brain and nervous system. Great for ADHD, anxiety and balance. Lavender: balances emotions and body. Notorious for calming nerves. 3). Throat Apply these oils on your throat. Bergamot: support emotional health. Great for elevating mood. Melaleuca: stimulates immune and respiratory system. Great antiseptic. Roman Chamomile: supports emotional and nervous system. Great for reducing nervousness. 4). Heart Apply these oils on your heart center. Rose: enhances emotional balance. Great for depression and anxiety. Ylang Ylang: supports emotions and hormones. Balances adrenals and lowers anxiety. 5). Solar Plexus Apply these oils between the navel and rib cage. Fennel: promotes hormonal health. Balances hormones. Lemongrass: promotes lymph and immune system. Great for lymphatic drainage. 6). Sacral or Navel Apply these oils slightly below the navel. Clary Sage: promotes hormonal health. Patchouli: supports brain and nervous system. Great for ADHD, anxiety and balance. 7). Root or Base Apply these oils at base of spine or feet. Ginger: promotes nervous system health. Cypress: promotes cardiovascular health.
