Ok so if you’ve been following me on IG lately – you’ll have noticed that I’m in a big travel season right now.


And a few days ago, I posted about how I don’t get jetlag.


The comments that flew into my inbox…OMG it was as if I revealed I was actually a unicorn. LOL


So I’m gonna let ya in on a little secret…


The reason I don’t get jetlag is – I choose to not get it.


As in, I make declarations and have a very strong mindset.


I also have some very specific hacks I whip out anytime I fly that slashes the side effects of travel by like… 95%. Maybe even 98%.


And the reason I have these hacks is – I’m fully committed to living a 10/10 in my life. So obv that means how I feel in my body too. My overall health..


Cause our physical, emotional and mental health is evvvvverything.


And… I lovvvveeeeee to travel.


So do I really wanna waste several days feeling hungover and out of sorts on my trips? Or when I get home?No way.


I mean, you know I’m all about that 10/10 life in every area of my life – relationships, career, health… just to name a few…


So because travel is part of my lifestyle – which I intentionally manifested BTW – I get to have a 10/10 travel experience.


So today, I’m gonna drop ya some of my hacks to eliminate jetlag when you travel…


So you can next level how you feel when you travel too.


Oh and BTW, this is a prime example of what I mean when I talk about how 100% is possible, 100% of the time.


Just like I declared I would not have jetlag…


You get to declare what YOU want to manifest.


That you wanna know you can liquid cash in the bank—and not freak out when a big expense comes out of nowhere. Like maybe you need new tires. And you know those cost a pretty penny. And that’s definitely not a FUN way to spend your money. LOL


Or maybe you wanna rekindle your marriage to be sexy, hot, and fun. That was one of my intentions—and I’m making it happen.


Or maybe you wanna manifest having a strong and toned bod—I mean, summer is around the corner. 


Or maybe you just wanna have energy, not be so tired all the time. 


The jetlag tips I’m gonna drop on ya today are what 100% is possible in health looks like. At least, to me.


Whatever your vision for what 100% looks like to YOU… I wanna show you how to do it.


Step by step. Systematically.

Ok so lemme share more about this jetlag thing with you.


I got back from Australia about a month ago – I was speaking at a conference – and brought my daughter along with me.


So she could see that my life outside of our home in Boulder (or San Diego) firsthand – and get an incredible experience she’ll remember for the rest of her life.


And I knew that if I didn’t take care of myself and PREPARE – that jetlag was gonna hit me hard.


This was such a special trip – I didn't want to waste a second of it being tired, bloated, gassy, out of it, dragging or blah.


And of course I already knew about circadian rhythm… and how to shift my digestive system and brain chemistry to suit my new time zone.

Getting your digestive system on the time zone to where you are going is KEY. Probably most primary.

AND, I knew when to nap – or not to nap.

I also knew about grounding.

Which is a technique involving getting your feet on the earth – or in my case, the sand…

Your body in water…

And getting your eyes in the sunlight.

And then I did a little more research. Ya know… just in case there was something newly discovered out there.

I also brought some specific products and supplements and homeopathic remedies with me (ie TerraZyme digestive enzymes, Serenity and Balance essential oil blends).

I determined when I should eat or not eat to get my microbiome aligned – and I packed gut-fortifying foods. 

To help support my digestion – and therefore the digestive cycle that plays into shifting my circadian rhythm.

Which, if you don’t know, is our natural cycle of when you wake, how your body operates during those hours, and how you sleep. 

Which is when your body goes into restoration and repair mode.

These are all hacks to get your internal systems aligned with the correct time super quickly.

So you don’t experience jet lag.

You can literally trick your biology OUT of having jetlag.

I mean, the reason I consider this a win is…

Had I gotten into Australia and been jet lagged, it probably would have taken a toll on the first three or four days of my trip.

And I wouldn't have been able to be in relationship with my daughter…

Or been able to take advantage of the sightseeing… touring… time with my teammates… all the things that we could do over there.

And you can bet I didn’t want to miss out on any of that!

And I didn’t!

We had the best time – and it was a trip of a lifetime for both of us.

A memory we will carry forever.
 
Now – on my way back… I was a bit more apprehensive.

Or, actually, curious is likely a better word.

Like, am I gonna be able to do it all the way back?

Because now we're traveling with the sun – which is way more challenging.  

Your body and brain think it’s daylight the entire time so it’s more challenging to sleep.

And the same thing happened.

I followed the same protocol – with a few different steps. Ie forcing myself to sleep when it was only 5pm in the time zone I was leaving.

And then showering during a connection in San Fran.  

Feet on the earth and sun in my eyes the moment I was home…. 

Staying up until it was bedtime in my new time zone….Eating when it was “time” to eat.  

Not eating when it wasn’t … getting back on the circadian rhythm of my new home base.

Those next few days to follow, I did a freshen-up. Like, literally the next day got my hair blown out. I got my eyelashes perked up. 

Day 2, I booked a full body integration session with my bodywork practitioner (or I should say guru).

Day 3 I booked in for a colon hydrotherapy session.

Day 4 I got an IV of any nutrients I may have been deficient in.

I took a bath every night with epsom salts and magnesium flakes.

And obviously I leaned on my essential oils and supplement routine – especially the bedtime ones.

So I share all this as an example of playing large – declaring, manifesting, and creating a life I’m obsessed with. 100%, 100% of the time.

And ya know what? It worked.

It was like BOOM – I'm running. I’m cruising. I’m hustling. I'm getting shit done. 

Regardless of the travel.

Regardless of whatever external circumstances are.

I do all this because I'm committed to a no excuse kinda life – and to going after and living the life I want.

NOW – not someday… when the stars align.
Or when I have enough money
Or when I have enough time.

And that’s what you get when you hang out in my circle. 

In every way. 

In ALL areas –

  • Your love life
  • Your friendships
  • Family
  • Money
  • Career
  • Personal growth
  • Your personal environment
  • Fun!
  • And your connection to spirit – or source – or soul – or however you define something greater than yourself

You get to level up in one area, and then you get to level up in another area.

And not only is it possible – it’s yours to have NOW.
