Unlocking the Power of Peptides: Anti-Aging, Weight Loss, and Optimal Health with Justin Prince

Hayley Hobson: Hello, my friends, I'm Haley Hobson, and I'm so glad you're here. Welcome to the 10 out of 10 podcast, where I help ambitious women like you look and feel younger, so you can achieve a 10 out of 10 lifestyle and unlock financial freedom.

I am super excited for today's episode. We're going to be talking a lot about peptides. Peptides are short chains of amino acids that play important roles in your body, and they can support digestion, hunger, hormones, cellular movement, cardiovascular health, brain function—you name it. It's basically everything. They're used in supplements and topical skincare products to enhance results, and they can actually be used to slow down the aging process, which you know I am all about.

For example, I'm sure you've heard of collagen supplements. The most effective collagen subs are made with collagen peptides because they directly affect the health of your skin to reverse the signs of aging. But here's the thing: there's actually all kinds of peptides out there, and the science is only becoming more and more advanced.
Today, I've invited my friend Justin Prince onto the podcast. He is a global entrepreneur and founder of a new company that specializes in peptide-enhanced supplements that address every aspect of health, including sleep, energy, stress, weight management, beauty, and longevity. I knew he was the perfect person to chat with on all things peptides.
He is going to give us the 411 on what they are, the science behind how they work in your body, and how to source high-quality peptide supplements to ensure that you're actually taking the good stuff, because I'm sure there's a lot of crappy stuff out there.

Allow me to introduce Justin. Like I mentioned, he is a global entrepreneur and founder of a brand-new peptide company. He has built multi-million dollar businesses that have generated more than $2.5 billion in revenue. That's right—billion with a B. He is also an acclaimed keynote speaker who has shared stages around the world with icons such as John C. Maxwell, Jamie Kern Lima, and Ed Mylett.

He is a heart-centered husband and proud father of four. Yet, he was raised in a broken home, had no college education, and began his professional career working construction, flipping pizzas, and selling animated Bible videos from a mall kiosk. His first business venture left him below zero financially, and his first sliver of success came when he was raising his kids in a one-room loft above his in-laws' garage.

This is why I love Justin, and you will too after you hear from him. Justin's unexpected rise, proven personal development strategies, and tailored success systems have moved and motivated millions of people to create, design, and live an unforgettable life. In his latest book, Be The One, Justin shares precise tools, habits, and action steps to help any reader do the same.

So, hello, Justin!

Justin Prince: Hayley, you are world-class at what you do. 10 out of 10 to me, that’s you. When it comes to marriage, fitness, health, being a mom, business, social energy, vibrancy, and aliveness—you are 10 out of 10. What an appropriate name for a podcast to share your strategies and secrets to become 10 out of 10.

Hayley Hobson: Oh, thank you. Yeah, I mean, you know my story. I grew up in a well-to-do home—my parents were upper middle class. We had all the things. We weren’t massively wealthy, but my parents drove BMWs and paid for my college education. Yet, I struggled with my health my entire life.

I was wired a certain way, I guess, and I also made up a lot of stories, as we all do, through the lens of childhood. No matter how successful I was, I really struggled until I got underneath it and worked to manage my mind and figure out how to manage my body. Every single one of us is so biologically different. I do believe the work has paid off. 10 out of 10 in finances, marriage, family, friendships, business—I love helping other people do the same. Thank you for being here because I know you feel the same and live a similar life.

Justin Prince: Yeah, same passion for sure.

Hayley Hobson: All right, well, let’s talk peptides.

Justin Prince: Let’s talk.

Hayley Hobson: So, what are they? I know a lot of people are familiar with what we call collagen peptides. And I’ve taken peptides you inject into your skin, but let’s talk about what they are and where they come from.

Justin Prince: You covered it well earlier. A peptide is a small chain of amino acids. Think of it this way: proteins are long chains of amino acids, and peptides are short chains. Protein is the building block of your body, and peptides are the smaller chains that make it up.

We’re all familiar with peptides—our bodies produce them naturally. Even as babies, we get them from colostrum. But there are also peptides found in nature. For example, in the pharmaceutical world, insulin is a peptide. You’ve probably heard of Ozempic or Semaglutide—those are peptides targeting GLP-1 receptors to help with blood sugar regulation, initially designed for diabetes, but they’ve also had dramatic effects on weight management.

Peptides sit between pharmaceuticals and nutritional supplements. Stanford professor Andrew Huberman calls them “the wedge” between pharma and nutrition. They’re not drugs, but they’re also more effective than standard supplements. They’re this new class of nutraceuticals.

Hayley Hobson: I love that explanation. It makes it easy to understand.

I also want to talk about why they’re important. They’ve been getting a lot of hype lately. Did you decide to get into the peptide business before they became popular? Talk about your journey and why peptides matter.

Justin Prince: Yeah, let’s start with why. Peptides are crucial for optimizing health. Think of your body like a car. Can it run if the tires aren’t perfect or the coolant is low? Sure, but it’s not optimal. You want everything in top condition to get the most out of it. Peptides help optimize your body’s systems, whether it’s gut health, stress, or muscle mass.

I was introduced to peptides years ago at a mastermind event. A friend was complaining about aging—thinning hair, weight gain, slow recovery—and a doctor overheard. This doctor specialized in advanced testing and peptides. He worked with elite clients, from UFC fighters to celebrities.

The doctor ran all these tests and put me on a peptide regimen. Over six months, my health and physique completely transformed. My bloodwork optimized, I became leaner, stronger, and even looked younger—like I was aging backward.

Initially, I used therapeutic peptides, which are synthetic compounds typically injected. But my partner and I started researching bioactive peptides, which come from nature and can be taken orally. We discovered labs using AI to develop peptides stable through digestion, making them more accessible and effective.

That’s when we launched our company, focusing on bioactive peptides. They’re derived from nature, stable through the gut, and designed to target specific health areas. The results people have seen have been incredible.

Hayley Hobson: I want to hear about those results!

Justin Prince: Everything from reduced inflammation and better sleep to muscle gain and weight loss. People are saying things like, “I can finally move my wedding ring,” or, “My husband, who hasn’t slept well in decades, now sleeps deeply.”

One of my friends shared how his teenage son, a football player, gained 10 pounds of lean muscle and improved his performance after using peptides. The trainer was amazed at the results.

Peptides help with focus, energy, and even targeted fat loss. They’re not just a general solution; they’re precise. They’re cell-signaling molecules that directly address specific issues. It’s like using a smart missile instead of a carpet bomb.

Hayley Hobson: That’s so fascinating. I’ve been using your product for a week now, and I noticed the different categories you’ve created for targeted health benefits. Can you explain how you chose those categories and how someone should start using them?

Justin Prince: Absolutely. We created six products: four bioactive peptides—Fit, Lean, Energized, Focused—and two support products, Calm and Hydrated.

They’re designed to be synergistic. You can use them all together or focus on specific areas. For example, Lean supports weight management and reduces cravings, while Fit helps with muscle building and retention.
Personally, I take Lean in the morning, Fit mid-morning, Energized and Focused in the afternoon, Hydrated throughout the day, and Calm at night. You don’t have to cycle on or off bioactive peptides, which makes them easy to incorporate daily.

Hayley Hobson: That’s great advice. Are you selling these internationally yet?

Justin Prince: Not yet, but it’s in our plans. Right now, we’re focused on the U.S. As we grow, we’ll expand globally.

Hayley Hobson: First of all, congratulations on your success. I’m really happy for you. I know the road you’ve had over the last couple of years hasn’t been easy—transitioning to a new company and starting something new is always challenging. So congratulations, and thank you for being here with me today, especially during the holiday season. It’s really generous of you.

Justin Prince: Thank you. It’s been a wild ride, but I appreciate it.

Hayley Hobson: Since the community listening to this podcast is very interested in anti-aging and weight-loss hacks, I want to dive into that. You mentioned Fit and Lean for weight loss. What would you suggest for anti-aging?

Justin Prince: Great question. Let’s start with Fit. The simplest way to think about it is this: muscle equals youth. Muscle equals vitality and anti-aging. Muscle is the ultimate anti-aging elixir.

Starting around age 30-35, we all start losing muscle mass, and it’s more significant for women. If you think of an elderly person, they’ve often lost a lot of muscle mass, which affects their mobility and overall health. Maintaining muscle keeps you active, fit, and youthful. You don’t need to be a bodybuilder—just maintain lean muscle, and you’ll feel the difference.

Fit helps preserve and build muscle. It’s packed with peptides and other ingredients that support muscle retention and anti-aging. Hydrated is also key for anti-aging—hydration is essential for your skin and overall health. Plus, about 75% of the population is chronically dehydrated, so adding electrolytes like those in Hydrated makes a big difference.

Hayley Hobson: I totally agree. Hydration keeps your skin glowing and helps with overall aging.

Justin Prince: Exactly. Hydration isn’t just about drinking water; it’s about replenishing your body with electrolytes. For example, our Hydrated product uses salts from the Great Salt Lake, rich in minerals and electrolytes.

Another note: for anyone using GLP-1 peptides like Ozempic, I recommend using Fit to preserve muscle. One issue with GLP-1s is that about 30-40% of the weight people lose is muscle mass. Losing muscle is something you want to avoid because it’s so hard to rebuild. Fit includes peptides, methylated B vitamins, and NR (Nicotinamide Riboside), a precursor for NAD, which is another powerful anti-aging compound.

Hayley Hobson: That’s fantastic advice. Thank you.

So, we’ve talked about what peptides are, when to use them, and the most popular peptides people are interested in today. You’ve shared great testimonials and insights about anti-aging and weight loss. The last thing I want to cover is how to ensure you’re getting high-quality peptides. What should people look for or avoid in the market?

Justin Prince: Great question. There are two categories of peptides: therapeutic and bioactive. Therapeutic peptides are synthetic compounds often administered through injections. If you’re going down that route, work with a reputable medical professional to monitor your bloodwork and guide you.

Therapeutics can be a gray market; they’re often labeled “for research purposes only.” So, it’s crucial to ensure you’re working with trusted professionals.

For bioactive peptides, like the ones we offer, they’re derived from nature and don’t require injections. These peptides are stable through digestion and can be taken orally. We partner with leading biotech labs using cutting-edge research and AI to ensure our peptides are safe and effective.

The key is to buy from a reputable source. There’s a lot of misinformation and marketing hype, so look for companies that prioritize transparency and quality.

Hayley Hobson: That’s so helpful. I can see how bioactive peptides are a game-changer.

Justin Prince: Absolutely. The boom of peptides is just starting. Peptides used to be a niche for billionaires and elite athletes, but now they’re becoming more accessible. Our goal is to democratize peptides so everyone can benefit without breaking the bank.

Hayley Hobson: I love that. It reminds me of the essential oil space. Years ago, it wasn’t mainstream, but now everyone knows about it. Peptides are heading in the same direction, and it’s exciting to see.

Justin Prince: Yes, 100%. The new administration and leaders like RFK Jr. are committed to making healthcare innovations like peptides, stem cells, and red light therapy more mainstream. It’s about making America healthy again.

Hayley Hobson: That’s inspiring. And for everyone listening, Justin has issued a challenge: one year from now, be in the best health of your life. Take care of your body, make it a 10 out of 10, and give yourself and your loved ones the gift of health.

Justin Prince: Exactly. This is your body—you only get one. Make it as healthy as you can.

Hayley Hobson: I’m taking the challenge, and I hope all of you listening are too.
